Tackling Mt. TBR

I'm an internet junkie that is obsessed with books. I own more than I will ever read in this lifetime and yet I'm still compelled
to buy more. I read mostly romance (mild to completely smutty), YA and urban fantasy.

The Winter Courtship Rituals of Fur-Bearing Critters

The Winter Courtship Rituals of Fur-Bearing Critters (Knitting, # 1) - Amy Lane

This was a delightful book. I think I have a thing for the gruff man of few words hooking up with the sunshiny man that can charm anyone type of story. I always enjoy seeing the gruff man fall in love.

Craw was a lovable sort. He had a lot of good in him, but he tended to be blunt or things he said didn't come out quite right. I think he was lonely even if he didn't realize it. So when Ben moved in next door with his bright smile and ability to talk to anyone, it was obvious why Craw was so attracted.

All the little knitting details really helped create the picture of Craw's business. I know nothing about knitting so some things went a bit over my head, but that didn't matter.

The ending didn't quite work for me. I thought it was a bit too soon for them to move in together and they didn't really need to do that in order to leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling. I had that anyway. Overall, a really sweet read. I'm very much looking forward to reading How to Raise an Honest Rabbit.
