I'm an internet junkie that is obsessed with books. I own more than I will ever read in this lifetime and yet I'm still compelled
to buy more. I read mostly romance (mild to completely smutty), YA and urban fantasy.
I was an avid NSYNC and Backstreet Boys fan back in the day. I traveled hundreds of miles to go to shows and collected pretty much anything with their faces on it. So, obviously I was interested in this book as soon as I saw it. (By the way, I bought this book with my Apple lawsuit funds, so thanks for that, Apple!)
I think this is possibly one of the weirder books I've read. While it does have some insightful moments into what boy band fandom can be like, most of this book is just pure insanity.
It's an entertaining enough read if you can suspend your entire hold on reality and if you can get past the fact that there is pretty much no likable character in the book at all. The story is a bit silly and when you find out the who of the whodunnit, it's actually rather anti-climactic.
Overall, entertaining but ridiculous.
